Who publishes this site, and why does it exist?

Cydney Mar publishes Airtime Ready. It is one of a small number of websites she publishes, and it focuses on one part of her work: preparing consumer products for TV shopping channels and direct-to-consumer launches. It exists to help founders find practical answers, and her Concept-to-Reality Pathway, before they spend money in the wrong order. Her main website is cydneymar.com.

What Cydney Mar does

Cydney Mar guides founders through a six-stage Concept-to-Reality Pathway: product clarity, the right prototypes, the right suppliers, cost and margins, production readiness, and launch and scale. Her work includes production-ready tech packs, sampling, sourcing, costing, business plans and cost structures, and positioning and path to market. She most wants to help founders of consumer products for retail, TV and direct-to-consumer brands.
